Shopitm uses industry standard privacy protection; we don't sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information. What's more, all sensitive personal information is kept securely offline at our privately run data center.
All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
Any cancellation made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee of $1.00regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter "?" to "c".
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacation address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
If something is still missing after 45 days, please contact us immediately.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation, and be able to track it with the Track Orders.
Due to overwhelming demand, the tracking system on our site has experienced a few technical difficulties. It can sometimes take a few days to populate your tracking number, and in some rare instances longer than this.

As stated on the product page, shipping is estimated to take 3-4 weeks if you purchased one of our Flash Sale products.
Not to worry, most of our items will be left in your postbox if they are small enough. If the postal service does not have access to your postbox, it will usually be left at your local post office for you to pick up. They will also leave a note to make you aware of the package and pickup location.
We cannot be held responsible for any import charges made by your country's customs. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay additional fees.
We are NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing any claims with their local post office.
We are happy to offer refunds for non-promotional products.
We are unfortunately unable to provide a refund for shipping costs on promotional products. The shipping cost is incurred by our logistics partner right when your order is placed, and there is no product price for us to refund.
To receive a refund for a non-promotional product, you must return your order to the address on your package. When we have proof of returned shipment, we will issue you a refund right away.

We're very sorry to hear that you received the incorrect product. Sometimes our fulfillment team does make mistakes, and we sincerely apologize for this.
If this is indeed the case, please send us a quick photo of the incorrect item(s) you received. We will make it up to you by sending you an identical product right away, free of charge. You can keep the additional product you received as well.
